Our Philosophy

Beach Club Costa Rica is your oasis on the breathtaking southern pacific coast of Costa Rica. Since 1989 our developments, which consist of ocean, mountain and valley view properties, have become one of the most desirable and naturalistic locations in Costa Rica. We offer Costa Rica's best as in eco-developments and custom home built homes, where the mountains meet the pacific. Even though we live and develop alongside modern conveniences, we do so in harmony with nature thus ensuring the preservation of the abundant wildlife.

From the outset, the philosophy of Beach Club Costa Rica has been to be an integral part of the environment of Costa Rica. This means that all plans for land development strictly comply with government regulations to keep the beautiful ecosystem and natural habitat of the country.

Certain species of birds are being threatened by the ongoing encroachment of civilization. Beach Club Costa Rica is helping to bring back these birds by regenerating their native living conditions. We have also implemented other projects designed to encourage harmonious living with nature. Such projects include protecting nesting sea turtles and securing natural forest areas.
