How Much Do Properties Start At? Are There Financing Options Available?

Lots start at 60k and go up from there depending on lot size, views and phase amenities.

Currently in Costa Rica, there is owner financing available for lots with 50% down and a 3 year term at 10% a year. Once your new real estate is paid off, there are different financing options for your construction ranging from owner financing to 3rd party collateralized mortgages.
