How Is The Night Life?

Costa Rica is full of things to do and places to go. El Pueblo is full of over 100 bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops. The streets come alive from 9pm till dawn! Many venues have beautiful courtyards and sidewalks where the fun and laughter spills out to the street.

Costa Ricans actually love to go dancing and find it a great way to have some fun after a long day. You'll find entertainment venues and clubs in almost every city. The entertainment at most venues will be disk jockeys rather then live on stage bands, but if you're looking for something a little more exotic 'Tango' has live music and dancing. Venues such as 'Friends' is a hot spot for local singles, and 'La Terraza' has a great view of a courtyard giving great views day and night. And disco is in fact very alive in Costa Rica! Discos don't usually start till about 9 or 10PM but they stay rocking till 2AM! There is definitely a very alive night life in Costa Rica, and plenty of dancing and parties to go around.
